Rosemary Sea Salt Shortbread
A simple shortbread made better with two good things — fresh rosemary, hand-chopped, and flaky sea salt finished by hand. Buttery, slightly herbal, with a touch of pine that plays beautifully against the sugar.
Hand-cut and baked in small batches in our Franklin, TN kitchen. Sturdy enough to ship, soft enough to feel homemade. They keep well at room temperature for about a week, longer in the freezer.
Pair with afternoon coffee, an evening glass of wine, or pack a few into a lunchbox. They're a quiet kind of cookie — the sort you reach for again without quite meaning to.
