Everything you need for perfect toast, simple cheese boards, and elevated snacking. Nothing you don't.

Storage & serving: Allow bread to come to room temperature before slicing for best texture. For a crispy crust refresh: rinse the loaf under water, shake off excess, and bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Freezes beautifully for up to 3 months.

Sourdough Crackers
Made from our sourdough discard. Crisp, tangy, perfect with the seasonal spread or on their own. The essential companion to good bread and cheese.

Serves: 1-2 people
Storage: Refrigerate feta (enjoy within 5 days). Shortbread and crackers store at room temp in airtight container.
Sourdough: Sourdough stores at room temp for 3-4 days or freezes for up to 3 months. Allow to come to room temp before slicing. To refresh crust: rinse under water, shake off excess, bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
