They start with our sourdough discard, which gives them a little tang under all that dark chocolate. Big chunks, flaky salt on top, soft in the middle. We bake them in small batches and box them the same day.

What's Inside
Signature Sourdough Loaf — Naturally leavened over 48 hours using only flour, water, and salt. Chewy interior, blistered crust, the kind of bread that makes butter taste better.
Whipped Feta (8 oz) — Sweet, tangy, endlessly spreadable. We whip Greek feta with honey and basil until it's cloud-like. Spread it on warm toast, dollop it on roasted vegetables, or thin it with olive oil for an instant dip.
Matbucha (8 oz) — A slow-roasted tomato and garlic spread inspired by North African flavors. Smoky, slightly sweet, with a hint of warmth from cumin and paprika. It's the condiment you didn't know you needed until you spread it on everything.
Roasted Rosemary Almonds (8 oz) — House-roasted with fresh rosemary and flaky sea salt. Snack them straight from the bag, chop them over salads, or crush them for texture on cheese boards.
Sourdough Chocolate Chunk Cookies (6) — Chewy, tangy, studded with dark chocolate. Made with our sourdough discard so nothing goes to waste. Warm them for 10 seconds and thank us later.
