Ordering Online

Everything available for this launch is on the website with full pricing transparency. Add the February Box and any add-ons to your basket—no minimum spend required.

Pickup Details

Pickup is Friday, February 7th between 10am-2pm at a local partner location in Franklin, TN. The exact address will be included in your order confirmation email.

Checking Out

Add any allergy notes or special requests at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email with all the details you need (check your spam folder if you don't see it).

Amending Orders

We'll do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability. Email us at [your email] as soon as possible and we'll do what we can to help.

When Is The Order Deadline?

Orders close Saturday, January 25th at midnight. This gives us time to prepare everything fresh for February 7th pickup.

Can I Modify What's In My Box?

The February Box comes as a complete collection. You can't swap individual items. However, you can add crackers or granola to your order if you'd like.

Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How Long Will Everything Stay Fresh?
Sourdough

Best within 3-4 days. Freezes beautifully—slice before freezing for easy toasting.

Whipped Feta & Matbucha

Keep refrigerated, enjoy within 7-10 days.

Almonds

Store in an airtight container, good for several weeks.

Cookies

Best within 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our products are made fresh in a home kitchen. The February Box contains: milk, gluten, and tree nuts (almonds).

While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, traces of common allergens may be present. Please use your discretion when ordering.

Do You Ship?

Not yet! Right now we're keeping it simple with local pickup/delivery only in Franklin/Nashville, TN. This is our pilot launch to test the model before we expand.

What If I Can't Make The Pickup Window?

Pickup is 10am-2pm on February 7th. If you absolutely can't make it during that time, email us at [your email] as soon as possible and we'll do our best to work something out.

Will There Be Boxes Every Month?

That's the plan! This February launch is our pilot to make sure everything is dialed in. If it goes well (and we think it will), we'll offer monthly boxes moving forward.

Refund Policy

Because everything is made fresh to order, we can't offer refunds once orders close on January 25th. If there's an issue with your box at pickup, we'll absolutely make it right.
